This Privacy Policy explains what information SMMXPERT (smmxpert.com), an Indian SMM panel founded in 2019, collects, how we use it and the choices you have. By using smmxpert.com you agree to this policy.

1. Information you give us

• Account details: when you sign up, we collect the fields on our sign-up form: your username, email address and password (entered twice to confirm), and your acceptance of our Terms. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google shares basic account details, such as your email address, so that we can create or open your account.
• Order details: to place an order you give us the public link or username of the profile, post or video you want to promote, the quantity, and any custom text such as comments.
• Support messages: what you send us by ticket, WhatsApp, Telegram or email.

We use account details only to run your SMMXPERT account. We do not use them for social media or for any other purpose.

We never ask for your social media password. Orders only need a public link or username. If anyone asks for your password, OTP or login code in our name, do not share it and report it to us.

2. Payments

Deposits are processed by our payment gateways and payment providers. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. We keep a record of your deposits, such as the amount, payment method, date and transaction reference, so that your balance and payment history are correct.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

• Essential cookies: needed to keep you signed in, keep your session secure and protect forms.
• Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited.
• Browser storage (localStorage): our site saves a few settings in your own browser, such as light or dark mode, whether the sidebar is open, your last platform filter and your recently used services. This information stays in your browser and is not sent to our server. You can remove it by clearing your browser's site data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, signing in may not work.

4. Third-party services on our site

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: website analytics.
• Google reCAPTCHA: protects sign-up and sign-in forms from bots, when enabled.
• Google sign-in: optional way to sign in with your Google account.
• Beamer: shows product updates and announcements.
• Payment gateways and providers: process your deposits.
• Our hosting and technology provider: runs the platform that powers smmxpert.com.

These services process information under their own privacy policies.

5. How we use information

• To create and run your account.
• To process deposits and to place, track, refill or cancel your orders.
• To answer support requests.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

6. Updates and announcements

We do not send promotional spam. We share updates and announcements on our WhatsApp announcements channel and Telegram channel, which you can join or leave yourself.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with anyone, except where the law requires it.

8. Data retention

We keep your account information while your account is active, and after that only as long as the law requires.

9. Deleting your account or data

To ask us to delete your account or personal data, email support@smmxpert.com from the email address on your account.

10. Age

SMMXPERT is for users who are 18 years or older.

11. Security

We use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your SMMXPERT account and never share it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
