No. Services only need a public link or username. Never share your password or OTP with anyone.

Start time and speed are written in each service description. You can follow progress on the Orders page.

Pending means waiting to start, In progress or Processing means delivery is running, Completed means fully delivered, Partial means only part was delivered and Canceled means the order did not run. For Partial and Canceled orders, the remaining amount is refunded to your SMMXPERT balance automatically.

Check that the link is correct, the profile or post is public and the username or post has not changed. Then contact support with your order ID.

Wait for the first order to complete before placing another order on the same link, or delivery can get mixed up.

You can add funds with UPI, Paytm, debit or credit cards, bank transfer and crypto from the Add funds page after you sign in.

The minimum deposit is ₹1.

Every service has a rate per 1,000 units. The order form multiplies it by your quantity and shows the charge before you confirm. Selected services start from ₹0.0001 per 1,000.

For deposit and payment issues, use the payment-only WhatsApp number shown on the Add funds page and the Contact us page, and send the amount, method, time and transaction ID. For orders and all other questions, use the main WhatsApp or Telegram support.

Services that offer refill show the refill period in their description. Request a refill with the Refill button on the Orders page or by opening a ticket. The refill rules of each service follow its own description.

On some services a Cancel button is shown on the Orders page. If you do not see it, contact support with your order ID.

If an order is Canceled or Partial, the remaining amount is refunded to your SMMXPERT balance automatically. You can use that balance for new orders.

SMMXPERT never asks for your password. Results and retention depend on the service and on each platform, so read the description, start small, keep your profile public and follow the platform rules.

No. Platforms such as Instagram and YouTube decide reach, ranking and monetisation. No SMM panel can guarantee them.
