• The profile must be public during the whole order.
• Do not change the username until the order completes.

Why follower counts can change

Instagram regularly removes accounts and followers it considers inactive or against its rules. This can affect any profile, so follower counts can go down over time. A refill-eligible service protects you only during its refill period, and only for that order. Instagram itself decides how your content is shown, so followers from a panel do not guarantee reach, likes or sales.
